• create offer templates: Customise your offers exactly the way you want them and save valuable time when creating them.
• download offers: Download your offers easily and keep a copy for your records.
• send offers by email: Send your offers directly from the Invoice-Portal to your customers by email.
• send existing offers as e-invoices: Convert approved offers into electronic invoices quickly and speed up the payment process. You can customise the invoice number and references before sending the invoice.
• create email templates: Write suitable cover letters for your offers and use email templates to optimise your communication with customers.
