From any format into any format
Structured or not: e-invoice standards, plain PDF, your own XML, a CSV export or an IDoc from your SAP. Everything converts into everything else — in both directions, and validated before it leaves.
Formats we do not yet map out of the box are added as an individual mapping.
Invoices you send
You export whatever your ERP already produces. We convert it into the format the recipient is required to use, validate the result and deliver it over Peppol, e-mail or API.
Invoices you receive
Whatever arrives, we convert it into the format your system can read — including a plain PDF. Your team carries on checking, approving and booking the way it does today.

Receipt over Peppol, e-mail or upload — validation, conversion, forwarding.
Every e-invoice, readable as a PDF
An electronic invoice is data, not a document — and data is hard to look at. Our converter turns any e-invoice into a clean PDF you can open, read, forward and file.
Incoming and outgoing
Visualise the invoices you receive — and the ones you have sent yourself.
No special software
A PDF opens on every desk and on every phone, and goes straight into your existing approval process.
Rendered from the XML
The visualisation comes from the invoice data itself — what you read is what was actually invoiced.
Substitution, transformation or your own mapping
What happens to an invoice on its way from one format to another depends on the syntax — and decides how much of the original data survives. Whatever the route, the result is validated against the target format before it leaves.
Substitution
Same syntax in and out: only the format definition is replaced, the content stays identical.
Transformation
Different syntaxes, CII and UBL for example. Not every field exists in both worlds, but taxes, line items and totals stay unchanged.
Individual mapping
Your data is unstructured or in a house format? We build a mapping for exactly your file — CSV, flat file or proprietary XML in, a compliant e-invoice out.

ZUGFeRD: the PDF is not the invoice
A ZUGFeRD file is two things in one: a PDF for people and an XML file for machines. For legal and tax purposes the XML is the one that counts — it is the basis on which the invoice data is processed electronically. And the two do not always say the same thing.
- We read and visualise the XML, not the PDF that happens to be wrapped around it.
- Attachments inside a ZUGFeRD invoice — embedded in the XML or attached as files — are extracted as well.
- You see the values your accounting system will actually book.

Only have a PDF invoice?
Then go the other way. Our AI converter reads an ordinary PDF invoice and generates a compliant Peppol BIS or XRechnung e-invoice from it — ready to be sent over the network.
