Overview

This integration is for teams that create invoices in Sevdesk and want to send selected documents through Peppol. Only invoices issued to contacts explicitly tagged for Invoice Portal enter the workflow, so you control which customers take part in the electronic exchange.

How it works

STEP 1

API Setup & Tagging

Generate your SevDesk API token and tag your Peppol contacts with Invoice Portal.

STEP 2

Invoice Creation

Create an e-invoice in SevDesk for a tagged contact, toggle E-Invoice, and set the status to Unpaid.

STEP 3

Import & Conversion

Invoice Portal automatically fetches unpaid invoices, converts them to Peppol BIS 3.0, and marks them in SevDesk as xTool-Uploaded.

STEP 4

Delivery & Status Sync

After sending via Peppol, Invoice Portal updates the SevDesk tag to xTool-Peppol-Sent (or xTool-Peppol-Failed on error). Failed invoices can be retried directly from Invoice Portal.
