Poland’s Ministry of Finance has set a phased implementation schedule for mandatory e-invoicing under the revised VAT rules:
KSeF becomes mandatory for large VAT taxpayers with annual turnover exceeding PLN 200 million (2024 sales).
Mandatory for all other VAT-registered businesses (B2B transactions).
Extended mandate to micro-enterprises and smallest economic units.
Important: Receiving e-invoices via KSeF is required for all taxpayers from February 1, 2026 — even before the full invoicing obligation applies to all.
