Summary
Since November 27, 2020, all public contracting authorities in Saxony-Anhalt are required to receive invoices electronically in the XRechnung format. This regulation applies to all suppliers and service providers working with the authorities and public institutions of Saxony-Anhalt. The goal of this transition is to increase efficiency and transparency in administration.
Transmission channels:
- E-Invoice Portal Saxony-Anhalt (web portal for uploading invoices)
- Email to rechnung@sachsen-anhalt.de (registration required to submit invoices via email)
