Receive E-invoice: Price Information

The process of receiving invoices is significantly more complex than that of sending them. While only a few common formats are used for sending invoices, a much larger variety of formats must be supported for receiving them. This involves additional steps such as setting up email mailboxes, registering in the Peppol network, and converting and archiving the invoices. These tasks require advanced technical resources and continuous support. Additionally, higher server availability is necessary to ensure smooth operation.

For receiving invoices, the following one-time configuration fees apply:

• Email configuration: €350. This fee covers setting up the email inbox and workflow configuration. (If email reception is not required, this fee is not charged.)
• Peppol configuration: €350.  This fee includes the workflow configuration, the registration in the Peppol network and the format registration that the customer can receive. (If Peppol reception is not required, this fee is not charged.)

  • ZUGFeRD CII 1.0, 2.0.1, 2.1, 2.1.1, 2.2 (XRechnung, EN16931) (According to the Peppol organisation, the transfer of ZUGFeRD invoices via Peppol will be possible at a later date)
